문제 상황 : Design - Copycats
Chat GPT를 사용하여 어제의 뉴스 이슈들을 설명해주는 Brieifing 이라는 어플리케이션을 출시하는 중에, 심사 리젝을 당했는데 처음 보는 내용이었다.

대충 정리를 해보니, GPT를 사용하기 때문에 랜딩페이지에 "Powered By GPT-4"와 함께 로고를 넣어두었는데, 이것이 Copycat으로 처리되어 리젝당한 것 같았다.
해결 방법
사실 해결방법은 간단한데, 그 전에 GPT 사용시 브랜드 가이드라인을 살펴봐야 한다.

OpenAI의 브랜드 가이드라인을 보면, 다음과 같이 작성되어있다.
GPT를 사용할 때 Powered By를 사용하여 OpenAI의 API를 사용한다는 것을 명시하기만 하면 된다.
그리고, OpenAI와 협업한 것이 아니라면 절대로 collaborated with, worked with 또는 partnered with를 쓰지 않으면 된다.
어쨌든 우리 어플리케이션의 스플래시 화면은 Powered By GPT-4로 정확하게 명시하고 있었기에, 바로 메시지를 통해 해당 사실을 알렸다.
In this app, chat gpt logo of the landing page is meaning that we are using chat gpt-4 to make our contents. so we think it is not a copycat, it is a right labeling. and also, open ai-gpt4 company- is publishing open api to devlopers to use gpt in there own service. so, tell me the right method to make it right.

And, This is OPEN AI's brand guideline. In here, the method that we showing "Powered By GPT-4" is right way to show that we are using gpt-4 to show that our texts are generated by gpt-4. If there are some more guidelines of Apple, please give us to me to change it right. Thank you
이랬더니 바로 문제가 해결되었고, 드디어 심사 통과 후 배포가 가능하게 되었다.
아무래도 리뷰어가 잘 모르는 경우도 있으니, 나중에 기억하고자 적어둔다.
